PLSC Europe 2026
Hosted by KU Leuven – Centre for IT & IP Law

PLSC-Europe 2026 will be hosted by the Centre for IT & IP Law at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the University of Leuven (KU Leuven). As is customary with PLSC Europe the event will start on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at lunchtime and Friday, 30 October 2026. We hope to see you all there!

Registration

We welcome submissions and registration from all backgrounds, jurisdictions and levels of seniority. Please note that conference participants will be expected to read the papers of the sessions they attend in advance to ensure high-quality discussions. Thus, please plan for sufficient preparation time in advance of the conference. The papers will be made available to conference participants in the beginning of October. 

Important information: 
  1. If it’s your first time that you attend an event with us, the tool will require you to create an account in order to register. We cannot register you manually.
  2. The registration tool can be switched to Dutch or English in the upper right corner.
  3. After registration, we will see an overview page of your registration  option(s), make sure to confirm (or edit) at the bottom of this overview page. Only then your registration is confirmed by email.
  4. Payment (with credit card or via bank tranfer) can only be done after receiving the invoice.
  5. The invoice will be processed by the Finance Department and will probably take some time before you receive it. The email confirmation is the proof of registration.

Registration fees and funding

PLSC-Europe will be funded through institutional funds and registration fees only. We will not seek corporate sponsorship for the conference. The registration fees are as follows:
